These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Soccer Sudoku (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

• You must comply with applicable laws when using the App.
• If you are under the age required in your jurisdiction, use the App only with parent/guardian permission.
• If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App except as allowed by law.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where legally permitted.
• Use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, or any method that harms fairness or app integrity.
• Interfere with ads, telemetry, or technical protections implemented in the App.

3. Gameplay, Progress, and Virtual Items

• The App stores gameplay progress locally on your device (for example: XP, level, stats, consumables).
• If you clear local app storage, change device, or uninstall, your progress may be lost and may not be recoverable.
• Virtual items/currency are licensed, not sold, and have no cash value unless required by law.
• We may adjust balancing, rewards, leagues, timers, and mechanics to improve gameplay.

Some store items shown in the current build are marked as beta/demo placeholders and may not represent final commercial availability.

4. Ads and Third-Party Services

• The App may show rewarded ads (for example, to continue a game or gain XP boosts).
• Ad delivery/availability may vary by region, platform, network conditions, and provider policies.
• Third-party services (such as Google AdMob and Google Analytics) may apply their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or websites linked from the App.

5. Purchases and Billing

• Any real-money transaction, if offered, is processed by the relevant app store/payment provider, not directly by us.
• Pricing, taxes, refunds, and subscription rules are controlled by the store platform and applicable law.
• We may change, suspend, or discontinue purchasable items/features at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including software, game systems, artwork, sounds, logos, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App in a way that violates any law or third-party right.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful network behavior.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, APIs, or deployment infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity in support requests or abuse report channels.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, specific gameplay outcomes, or permanent data retention.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, progress, profits, or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount required by applicable law.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access to the App or certain features if these Terms are violated.
• You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
• Sections that by nature should survive termination remain in effect (for example IP, disclaimers, liability).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the publisher is established, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
